Order Confirmed & Courier Notified
Once your order is confirmed and payment received, a collection request is sent immediately to The Courier Guy. You will also receive timely email confirmations at each stage of the process.
Same-Day or Next-Day Collection
The Courier Guy has specific cut-off times for pick-ups in each area. If your order is confirmed before the cut-off, your parcel leaves the same day. Otherwise it departs the next business day.
In-Transit to Your Address
Your parcel is collected from us and routed to your delivery address based on our location and The Courier Guy’s regional delivery routes across South Africa.
SMS Confirmation on Delivery Day
On the morning of your delivery, you’ll receive an SMS notification confirming that your parcel is on its way to you that day — so you know exactly when to expect it.

Cut-Off Times
Each area has a specific cut-off time for same-day collection. Orders confirmed after the cut-off will be dispatched the following business day.

SMS on Delivery Day
An SMS will be sent to your number on the morning of delivery confirming your parcel is out for delivery that day.
